Like most people, I sought out yoga to help relieve pain and add to my physical strength. 12 years later, yoga has changed my mind more than my body and has had a positive effect on just about every area of my life. I love yoga because it has the potential to provide anyone with tools for life they didn’t even know they needed. Sometimes a little silence and a lot of breath is all you need. I received my 200hr teaching certification from The Shoshoni Yoga Ashram in Colorado.
