Barre Bootcamp Dance calisthenics
Barre Boot-camp is about the physical as well the aesthetic benefits of lengthening muscles that dancers have. It combines Pilates, yoga, ballet and modern dance moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles without the impact and injuries that dancers potentially endure. This class will be a combination of cardio, strength, and stretch. Using elements of dance, it will work the entire body in different segments so that the whole body is given a well-rounded workout.
